Mebos “Chamoy”

40 g Dried Apricots or Mebos

1 tsp Maple Syrup

2 tsp Sumac

60ml Lime juice

¾ tsp chili flakes

1 small clove of garlic, finely chopped/grated

1 ¼ tsp salt

Black pepper to taste

 

Blend: Add all the ingredients to a spice grinder or the small bowl of a food processor.

Blitz until you achieve a smooth (or not so smooth, depending on your taste), thick paste.
